Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, altered, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return or refund.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

## Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or a full refund where applicable.

## Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Sale or discounted items  
• Gift cards  
• Personalized or custom-made products  
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged, or are missing their original tags  
• Items returned without prior approval

## Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase (if eligible). Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order through our website.

## European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, your consumer rights under applicable European Union laws remain unaffected.

Where required by law, customers located in the European Union may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, even though our standard return policy is 7 days.

To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

## Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.
