• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Thailand)

• We offer FREE shipping on all orders within Thailand.
• Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after your order has been shipped.
• Delivery times do not include weekends or Thai public holidays.

International Shipping

• International shipping is available to selected countries.
• A flat shipping fee of THB 1,000 applies to international orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, severe weather, or courier delays.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
